Productivity

  • VS Code is my daily driver. I'd be keen to give Zed a crack when it drops on windows.
  • IDEs and Terminals are always loaded with FiraCode. Once you see ligatures => you can't !== go back <-.
  • I use my own VS Code theme, Luke Dark Pro, a theme based on OneDark Pro which I've been using for years.
  • Intellij is my secondary IDE, primarily used for Apex Development paired with the Illuminated Cloud 2 plugin.
  • Lightroom has been my go to for all my photo editing needs, but I'm trying to migrate to Darktable.
  • Obsidian is home to all my notes, thoughts and todos. Hosted on my home server, syncing to my devices via syncthing.
  • Figma is my UI/UX design tool of choice. Previously used Adobe XD and a bit of UX Pin.
  • LLM Studio for all things AI. Can easily switch between different models but primarily using Gemma 3 4B for now.
  • ShareX for snapping screenshots.
  • Thorium, a Chrome alternative.
  • Floorp, a Firefox alternative.
  • Steam for the occasional video game.
